Below you will find more details on the types of contracts we utilize to meet our clients' needs.
You can expect this type of contract to be most successful when scope is clear and budget constraints are tight. We put a higher emphasis on budget and critical items rather than unlimited scope.
Any scope changes in this engagement style will require a reprioritization of agreed requirements or a change order to maintain budget expectations.
This type of contract usually requires difficult prioritization decisions so it's important to have well-informed stakeholders involved.
This is a Fixed Fee contract
When there is an equal importance between scope and budget, we work with clients to develop a balanced delivery plan. Following the discovery phase, an itemized estimate with be provided.
This type of contract includes incentives for meeting or exceeding delivery for both Einterz Consulting and our clients.
This type of contract offers a degree of flexibility in budget and scope as well as a shared risk factor. It is a more forgiving approach on the budget for changing scope.
This is a Target Cost contract
You can expect this type of contract to be more successful at meeting client delivery expectations than the others when scope is unknown or unclear.
It gives flexibility to the stakeholders to adjust scope as needed while keeping the budget appropriately in view.
However, this type of arrangement can lead to higher costs if there is significant scope change over the life of the engagement. This typically happens when there are changing or unknown stakeholders.
