Our proven delivery framework directly translates to tangible value for our clients—by offering efficient project delivery, adaptability to changing requirements, continuous improvement in processes, and measurable results that drive business success, we remove the uncertainty and give flexibility and control back to our clients. You can expect direct transparency through the entire engagement.
At Einterz Consulting, we begin every potential partnership with a complimentary business review. This 30-minute conversation is designed to give you clarity and confidence while helping us understand your unique goals and challenges. During this time, we’ll discuss your company’s current situation, explore opportunities for growth, and assess whether our consulting approach is the right fit for your needs.
You can choose the setting that works best for you—whether that’s a relaxed conversation in your office or a convenient remote meeting. By the end of the review, you’ll walk away with actionable insights and a clear understanding of how Einterz Consulting can add value to your business, with no obligation attached.
Einterz Consulting starts every engagement with an intake consultation. You will fill out a brief intake form that creates a baseline to support an efficient consultation.
The intake form takes about 15 minutes to complete and the in-person consultation can range from 30-90 min depending on the scope of the intake. In some situations, we will conduct multiple sessions to meet the business' needs.
During the consultation sessions, Einterz Consulting will present an initial value proposal to the identified stakeholders. You can expect a retainer deposit, ranging from $250-$500, due at time of scheduling.
By the conclusion of the meeting, or shortly thereafter, we will agree to an engagement plan and discovery contract.
Once we agree on the preliminary engagement scope, you can expect to participate in a discovery phase. This phase can take anywhere from a couple short meetings to several weeks depending on the size of your company and complexity of your needs.
During this phase we will meet with your stakeholders and get to the root of organizational concerns. Based on the identified needs, this phase can be conducted as group meetings or individual stakeholder working sessions. Details of the approach will be discussed during and following the initial consultation.
All discovery engagements with Einterz Consulting are fixed fee contracts so you know exactly what you'll pay with no surprises and no going over budget! Our average discovery contracts range from $1,000-$5,000, depending on the scope of the business' needs.
Once Discovery is complete, you can expect to be provided a summary assessment of our findings as well as options for next steps.
The assessment will include any problems, concerns or risks that were surfaced as part of discovery as well as proposed solutions for each. Additionally, the final value proposal will include a scorecard of the identified issues/solutions as well as a proposed delivery plan.
Most value proposals provided by Einterz Consulting will include multiple phases and contracts for mitigation as well as options to tailor each phase to your business needs. This flexibility allows our clients the control to get critical scope delivered to realize value sooner.
You can expect the proposal to include multiple options depending on communicated budget and timelines. We typically see 3 engagement contract options: an option focused on full scope delivery and budget, an option focused on critical scope with an economical budget, a contract focused on a phased approach that considers and balances both scope and budget requirements.
There is no additional cost for delivery & review of the final value proposal.
Each contract with Einterz Consulting will include a pilot phase to kick off the delivery phase(s).
The pilot phase will focus on delivering a small, often critical, portion of scope to validate the value of the engagement and align expectations of stakeholders.
Every pilot will conclude with a kill point review meeting. During this review meeting, stakeholders will review the viability of the engagement and make the decision to proceed as planned, proceed with adjustments, or stop the engagement.
Pilot phases will be separate, fixed-fee, contracts with unique price structure for each client. You will be provided clear prices for you specific situation. Although pilot fees & contracts can vary significantly depending on the client and needs, they often range from $2,500 to $10,000.
Once a pilot has been delivered successfully, the transformation delivery phase begins. Delivery phases vary widely based on scope & needs. You can expect to review the details of your tailored delivery plan during the Value Proposal Phase.
With Einterz Consulting, there is no subjective scope delivery. Our framework promises objective and measurable delivery as defined by the business.
As part of your delivery plan, you can expect to review a comprehensive requirements traceability matrix that accounts for both business and technical needs.
There will be no guessing. Every stakeholder will know from beginning to end what's scoped, what's coming and what successful delivery looks like.
Several clients realize additional value in extended contracts with Einterz Consulting.
For organizations that need additional support following their transformation, we offer continuous delivery agreements.
The scope of these agreements will vary depending on business needs but can include Business & Administrative Process Outsourcing, ongoing Management Consulting, or enhancement projects.
Additionally, some clients prefer to opt out of the traditional project delivery model and straight into a retainer-based CDA model.
