Leah holds a master’s degree from Ball State University in Information and Communication Sciences as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In addition to her corporate experience in the IT & management consulting industries, she holds both Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP certifications. 

Leah’s corporate experience spans from Project Management to Business Operations, Process Improvements, Organizational Transformations, Digital Experience, Leadership Development and Management Consulting. 

Leah specializes in transformation projects and has given industry presentations on her experience. She has a passion for diving into complex problems and identifying simple solutions that make work and life easier for her stakeholders. 

After more than a decade supporting global corporations, Leah established Einterz Consulting to bring those same services to the small businesses of central Indiana and grow the local community.
